Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using SuperCat. By using the Service, you agree to them.

The Service

SuperCat is an AI assistant, reached over Zalo chat, that designs, builds, and hosts real websites and applications (“the Service”). You describe what you need in plain language; the Service builds it, publishes it live, and can keep iterating on it in later conversations. Some capabilities (e.g. certain integrations, dedicated hosting, or bespoke Business-tier features) are built to order and may require a separate conversation to scope.

Your account and content

You’re responsible for the accuracy of the business information you give us and for the legality of the content and use case you ask us to build (no illegal, infringing, or harmful sites/apps). You own the content and data of the site/app we build for you; we host and operate it on your behalf as described in our Privacy Policy.

Pricing and payment

The Service is billed per build (credit-based), not a recurring subscription, unless a specific plan states otherwise. Pricing and payment details for your project are agreed in your conversation with the assistant before work begins.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep published sites/apps available, but the Service is provided “as is” without uptime guarantees, and features may change, improve, or be retired over time. We’ll make reasonable efforts to tell you about changes that materially affect your published site.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a violation of these terms (e.g. illegal use, abuse of the Service, non-payment). On termination, we’ll give reasonable notice before removing a published site where practical.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperCat is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn’t allow it to be limited.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time; the “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision.
